When you need to travel or work long hours near Fletcher, it can feel stressful to leave your dog behind. You want them safe, comfortable, and cared for as if they were at home. At All American Pet Resorts Asheville, we provide upscale, all suite dog boarding in Fletcher so you can be away without constant worry.
We know many dog parents feel uneasy about traditional kennels with cages and limited staffing. That is why our resort is designed around calm routines, cage free suites, and real human presence around the clock. Our goal is simple, separation that feels predictable and low stress for both you and your dog.
From the moment your pup checks in, our Pet Care Specialists are on site 24/7/365. We use live webcams, climate controlled suites, and supervised play to create a transparent and reassuring experience. You can focus on your trip or your workday, and let our team take care of the rest.
When you walk into our resort, you will not see rows of cages. Instead, you will find comfortable suites where dogs can stretch out, rest, and feel secure. Each suite provides space for dogs to move, lie down, and relax, with climate control to keep them comfortable in every season.
Our cage free approach helps many dogs settle more easily, especially those who feel nervous in confined spaces. Soft bedding is provided in every suite, and our team checks in frequently so dogs are not just sitting alone between play sessions. We work to create an atmosphere that feels more like a home away from home and less like a kennel.
Staffing makes a major difference in how relaxed dogs feel at night. Our Pet Care Specialists remain on site 24/7/365, so there is always someone in the building monitoring guests. This allows us to provide late night potty breaks when appropriate, respond quickly if a dog seems restless, and keep a close watch on overall wellness.
For additional peace of mind, we offer live webcams in designated areas. Pet parents appreciate being able to open an app, see their dog resting or playing, and feel instantly reassured. Our promise of separation without the anxiety includes keeping you connected, even when you are miles away.
Safe Play & Daily Routine
Comfortable suites are only part of your dog’s stay. Their day also needs healthy structure, movement, and rest. We follow a consistent routine so dogs quickly learn what to expect, which often helps them relax.
Mornings typically begin with potty breaks and breakfast, followed by time to digest before play. Group play sessions take place in our indoor and outdoor areas, where our Pet Care Specialists supervise and guide interactions. Dogs are grouped by size, age, energy, and play style so they play with compatible friends and stay safe.
We build in quiet periods between play sessions. These breaks give dogs time to rest in their suites, sip some water, and recharge. When dogs have a balance of activity and downtime, they are less likely to become overstimulated or overly tired. By evening, most guests are pleasantly tired and ready to settle in.
A typical day at our resort may include:
Morning potty breaks and breakfast served in individual suites
Supervised group play in indoor or outdoor yards
Midday rest time so dogs can relax and nap
Afternoon play sessions with compatible playmates
Evening meals, final potty breaks, and wind down time
This structure works well for dog parents with long workdays and for families heading out of town. You can picture what your dog is doing throughout the day and know there is a thoughtful rhythm behind every stay.
Health, Safety & Sanitation
Cleanliness and safety are often the first questions we hear from families who are considering boarding. You want to know your dog is staying in a resort that cares as much about health as it does about fun. Our facility is built and maintained with that priority in mind.
We use joint friendly flooring that is kinder to paws and supports dogs who may have sensitive joints. Surfaces are treated with antimicrobial products where appropriate, which helps minimize germs and odors in shared spaces. Advanced air exchange systems refresh the air regularly, supporting a fresher environment for both guests and staff.
Our team follows comprehensive sanitation protocols every day. Suites, play yards, and common areas are cleaned and disinfected on a strict schedule. Water bowls are checked and refreshed, and we monitor for any signs that a dog might not be feeling their best so we can respond quickly.
We also review vaccination requirements with you before your dog’s stay, which is one way we help protect all guests in a group setting. Combined with around the clock staffing, these measures create multiple layers of protection. The result is a resort that looks, smells, and operates like a place you can feel good about choosing.
Special Needs & Senior Dogs
Many of the dogs who stay with us are puppies, seniors, or guests with specific health needs. We understand how hard it can be to find boarding that feels right when your dog needs a little extra attention. Our team works to make sure these dogs are comfortable and cared for thoughtfully.
We can follow custom feeding instructions, including specific diets, feeding times, and preparation guidelines that you provide. Our staff can also administer medications exactly as directed by you and your veterinarian. When you share your dog’s routine and needs in advance, we take careful notes so we can mirror those patterns as closely as possible.
Activity levels are adjusted based on age and energy. High energy young dogs may enjoy more frequent play periods, while seniors often appreciate shorter sessions and more quiet time in their suites. If your dog prefers gentler interactions or one on one attention, we take that into account when planning their day.
Our Pet Care Specialists watch for small changes in behavior, eating, or energy and will reach out to you if we have concerns. Optional basic grooming attention, such as brushing or a refreshing bath, may be available through our staff so your dog can come home feeling clean after their stay. The focus is always on comfort and wellbeing, not on show style grooming.
Booking Your Dog’s Stay
Once you feel comfortable with how we care for dogs, the next step is simply getting a stay on the calendar. We work to keep the process straightforward for families near Fletcher so you can book with confidence, whether you are planning a weeklong vacation or need reliable care during a busy work season.
You can start by contacting our resort to discuss your dates, your dog’s age and breed, and any health details we should know. Our team will walk you through availability, current requirements, and what to expect on your dog’s first day. We also gather information about your dog’s energy and play style so we can match them with suitable playmates.
During check in, we confirm your dog’s feeding instructions, medication schedule if applicable, and any special notes you want us to keep in mind. We provide the bedding and a comfortable suite, along with scheduled playtime and meals. Our pricing is straightforward so you know what is included, such as play sessions and routine feedings, without surprise add ons for basic care.
Before your dog’s first stay, it helps to:
Confirm your dog’s vaccinations meet our current requirements
Prepare written feeding and medication instructions
Share details about your dog’s energy, play style, and preferences
Provide up to date contact information for you and a backup contact
Whether you live right near Fletcher or commute from nearby neighborhoods, we want booking to feel easy and reassuring. You bring us your dog, and we take it from there, keeping you updated if anything needs your attention.
No. Our Pet Care Specialists are on site in the resort 24/7/365, including overnight. Someone is always in the building monitoring guests, checking suites, and ready to respond if a dog needs attention. This round the clock presence is a core part of how we care for dogs.
Can I see my dog while I am away?
Yes. We offer live webcams in designated areas so you can log in and see your dog resting or playing. Many pet parents tell us that a quick look at their dog’s stay helps them relax on a trip or during a long workday, knowing their pup looks content.
How do you handle dogs with different energy levels?
We group dogs by size, age, energy, and play style, and we always supervise play. High energy dogs typically join livelier groups, while more reserved or older pups are matched with gentler companions. Our team watches interactions closely and adjusts groups or schedules to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
Can your team follow my dog’s diet or meds?
Our staff can follow custom feeding instructions and administer medications according to your directions. We will review your dog’s routine with you before their stay and take careful notes. Clear information from you helps us keep your dog’s schedule consistent while they are boarding at our resort.
What should I do before my dog’s first stay?
Before a first stay, confirm vaccinations, gather feeding and medication details, and think through how you would describe your dog’s energy and play style. When you contact us, our team will explain current requirements and help you prepare so check in at our Asheville resort feels smooth and simple.

We Could Not Recommend David Enough
Chewy is our 9-month-old Golden pup, and we have been training clients of David and Nicole since he was 8 weeks old in hopes of Chewy becoming a therapy dog in the future. We could not recommend David enough for training your dog, and we have recently started taking Chewy to doggy daycare and boarding at the Webb's facility. It is the cleanest and most organized boarding facility we have seen in over 30 years of dog ownership, and the very friendly staff is great noticing details about what helps Chewy enjoy his stays. We know he is in good hands when we drop him off. Thank you everyone at All American Pet Resort!

David went over and above.
David went over and above. I was dropping Mattis at All American and needed to get to the hospital. It was clear I was having trouble. He stepped up and called 911 and assured me he'd take care of Mattis while I was down. That reassurance freed me of worrying about my pet and allowed me to get the medical help I needed. Thank you, Dave.

I Couldn't Be More Happy
I’m a new dog owner and I travel a lot for work. Most of the time I travel my girlfriend can watch my dog, but from time to time that’s not possible. This was my first time boarding Maple and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. All of the staff were so kind and caring and I loved that I could see everything that was happening via the live webcams. David and Nicole, the owners, are super, and it’s clear that they love dogs and have gone above and beyond in building and operating this business. I highly recommend!

Another Wonderful Stay for Our Dog Theo
Another wonderful stay for our dog Theo over July 4th. We had tried to find a place closer to our house for convenience, but that place didn’t let Theo play with other dogs. AAPR staff is wonderful, and I know my dog is in safe hands with professionals. It’s worth the drive to know your dog is in wonderful care. Thank you!!
