  • Stephan Dimitroff President, CEO & Owner

    Stephan Dimitroff is the President, Chief Executive Officer and majority owner of All American Pet Resorts. Prior to becoming CEO, Dimitroff served as Chief Operating Officer, where he played a key role in operational development, strategic growth, and brand transformation.

    His relationship with the company began after a personal experience as a client seeking care for his own dog, which ultimately led him to join the organization and help expand its reach and impact across the United States. Under his leadership, All American Pet Resorts has emphasized a qualitative growth strategy focused on finding the right franchise partners and elevating standards of care and support throughout the system.

    Stephan and his wife Stephanie, acquired a majority ownership stake in the company before he transitioned into the CEO role, driving the brand’s mission with a blend of business acumen and passion for pet care.

  • Kevin Casida Vice President Operations

    Kevin Casida is the Vice President of Operations, where he leads system-wide operational strategy and supports franchise owners in delivering consistent, high-quality care across every location.

    Kevin came to AAPR with 25 years of experience in franchise operations in the Automotive sector, most recently with Ford Motor Co., and decided to make the switch into the pet industry.  Partnering closely with franchisees is his passion, helping them build efficient, profitable resorts while maintaining an exceptional experience for pets and their families. 

    Kevin is known for his practical, hands-on approach to operations and his commitment to building strong partnerships across the system. By combining deep franchise expertise with a focus on process, training, and continuous improvement, he plays a key role in helping All American Pet Resorts franchise owners operate confidently while delivering the elevated resort experience the brand is known for.

  • Skip Starr Marketing Strategist

    Utilizing an extensive background in national franchise brand marketing, development, creative direction and strategy, Skip has created and produced award-winning work for some of the most recognized franchised brands in the country. His work spans a wide range of media, including broadcast, print and digital.

    After stints with traditional ad agencies and design studios, Skip founded SC Brand Consultants, a brand consultancy designed specifically to work with franchise brands. He has created consumer campaigns, special promotions, franchise development initiatives and brand launches for national and international category leaders.

    Skip brings this experience to All American Pet Resorts in a hands-on consultancy role, helping to shape the brand’s public perception and execute the brand's direction. He works closely with the corporate team to develop tactics and design campaigns that connect meaningfully with today’s pet-owning consumer.

  • Laura Mikulski Digital Marketing Manager

    Laura Mikulski serves as the Digital Marketing Manager for All American Pet Resorts, where she leads national and local marketing strategy to help franchise owners open strong, grow consistently, and stand out in competitive markets.

    With more than a decade of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy, Laura specializes in local visibility, website performance, paid media, and reputation management. Laura works closely with franchise owners from pre-opening through long-term operations, supporting everything from Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO to grand opening campaigns, seasonal promotions, and ongoing performance analysis.

    In addition to her role with All American Pet Resorts, Laura is an AAPR operator herself, which gives her a firsthand understanding of the realities franchise owners face. She brings that perspective into every strategy she builds, with a focus on sustainable growth and measurable results.
