Ensuring the Health & Safety of Your Pups at Our Resort
As a pet parent, it’s not always easy to leave your pup behind. At All American Pet Resorts, we understand how you feel and want to give you the peace of mind you deserve. To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we have implemented detailed policies across all our resorts. These policies cover everything from vaccine requirements to evaluations and leash rules.
As America's Pet Resort, we have over 20 years of experience and a thorough understanding of the measures needed to ensure all of our dogs receive the best care possible. Please review these policies and reach out to your local resort if you have any questions.
Planning Your Pet's Stay?

VaccinesAll pets must have their updated Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper (DHPP), and Leptospirosis vaccines. Additional vaccines and fecal testing may be required - please call for details.

Flea & Tick PreventionAll pets must be up-to-date with flea and tick prevention. Owners must confirm prior to making a reservation.

New Guest EvaluationAll new guests must complete a pet evaluation at least 24 hours prior to boarding.

Age Minimum - 12 WeeksOur guests must be a minimum of 12 weeks old.

Leash RequirementsAll dogs must enter the resort while on a leash of 6 ft or less. No retractable leashes, please!

Cat Carrier RequirementsCats must be in their carrier during drop-off.

Group Play RequirementsGroup play pets must be spayed/neutered at 6 months old.

Reservation RequirementsReservations are required for boarding and daycare guests. Please keep in mind that holidays often book 2-3 months in advance.

Payment SecurityA valid credit card must be on file prior to drop-off.

Deposit PoliciesReservations may require a deposit. Please inquire for standard deposit policies.

Spayed and Neutered Not RequiredYour dog is not required to be spayed or neutered prior to boarding. However, they will be prohibited from group play if they are over 6 months of age and still intact. Females in heat cannot be boarded.

Holiday Lobby ClosuresOur lobby is closed on national holidays including New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Drop-off and pick-up are not available on national holidays.
