I recently took my dog, Raven, to the All American Pet Resort in Canton, MI. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience! Every staff member I spoke to was so kind. I love that they have web cameras so I can check on my dog any time! While watching Raven via their web camera during group play, another dog pooped inside. Before they were even done, an employee was there waiting to scoop it up. They then came back with a cleaner! The whole place appeared to be really clean. They followed my notes perfectly with what I don't allow Raven to have (blankets or pillows). Oh!! And they also have special add-ons! Things I've never seen elsewhere like bedtime stories, warm entrees, pup-cannoli treats and more! They even offer kennels with TVs, and AARP accommodations! Raven came home with a bandana around her neck, a report card, treats and other items in a drawstring reusable bag! There were also free bottles of water, juice, and free snacks for us humans, too! I absolutely loved it and I will continue to tell people about it!

I recently looked into boarding places for my fur missile, needing a place on pretty short notice. I was able to get my dog in for an assessment and then a reservation for boarding the following day after passing her assessment appointment.
All staff were friendly, respectful, heard me out, answered my questions, etc. ALL staff interactions were above and beyond.
The following day after the assessment I dropped my dog off in the morning. I was out of state and was not sure when I would be back to pick her up. Also, being brand new clients, we are still trying to learn the process, expectations, etc. I planned for an overnight boarding with the possibility of picking my pup up before midnight if possible, which ended up being the case.
I arrived and met Renee. There was a bit of a miscommunication about me possibly picking her up before midnight, probably on my part. Renee reached out to management to work on a resolution. I was able to pick up my dog and worked out getting the rest handled in the morning.
Renee AND management went above and beyond for us as new clients to help out when I could have simply been told I needed to return in the morning for pick up.
My dog has the ability to get treats, cuddles one-on-one, webcam access, and much more. Definitely grateful to have found this place for our boarding needs and will continue to stay with them as clients for when our needs require us to use their services. Thank you very much.
