The owner truly cares about the dogs and has a great setup in the front reception area for the traveler. There is a public restroom, snacks, and water to grab and go, which is a great touch.

Kathy is super sweet, and all the other staff members were very friendly. We felt so reassured that our dog was cared for. We actually brought up the remote online camera views many times and could see staff playing with him in the exercise area, saw them cleaning his enclosure, feeding him, and giving him water, toys, and blankets. He LOVED it there! And we are very pleased, and most definitely will go back. We highly recommend them for your pets!
