At All American Pet Resorts North Brunswick, we understand how important your pet is, and we are committed to providing exceptional care. Facility & Staff

Do you offer facility tours?

Tours are recommended Monday through Friday between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM, when the lobby is typically less busy and allows us to focus our full attention on you.

For tours outside of those hours or on weekends, please call in advance. Weekend tours are welcome, but we recommend scheduling ahead since things can be busier.

We highly recommend leaving your dog at home so you can focus on the tour. Once you see what you love, we can schedule a complimentary evaluation for your dog to visit before their first stay or daycare.

Is the facility staffed 24/7?

Absolutely! Our dedicated team is on-site around the clock, 365 days a year, ensuring your pet receives consistent care.

Can I see where my dog will stay?

For the comfort and safety of our guests, we do not allow visitors into the pet areas. However, you can view our play spaces through our live webcams, which are accessible to all pet parents.

Boarding & Daycare

What are the boarding and daycare requirements?

All dogs must be at least 12 weeks old, have current vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Canine Flu is highly recommended and may be required at certain times of the year), and be on a flea and tick prevention program. New guests must complete a daycare evaluation.

Do you separate dogs by size, energy, and play style?

Yes! We organize playgroups based on dogs’ size, energy level, and social compatibility to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone.

Will my dog be playing all day?

No. Your dog will have scheduled playtimes throughout the day, with plenty of rest in between. This balanced approach keeps dogs active but ensures they’re not overexerted.

Can my dog stay if they don’t socialize with other dogs?

Yes! Non-social dogs receive individual walks and one-on-one playtime with our staff.

Health & Safety

What vaccinations are required?*

All dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations:

  • Rabies (6 months and older)
  • Distemper (DHLPP or DHPP)
  • Bordetella (every 6-12 months as per vet schedule)  
    Additionally, dogs must be on flea and tick prevention. If it’s your dog’s first Bordetella vaccination, we recommend it be given at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

*Canine Flu is highly recommended and may be required at certain times of the year.

Do you administer medication?

Yes, we can administer most medications according to your vet’s instructions. This includes insulin shots for dogs that require them (please confirm availability beforehand).

Do you accommodate senior pets?

Yes! We offer specialized care, including softer bedding and raised feeders, to ensure comfort for senior dogs. Please inform us if your pet requires extra attention.

Food & Personal Items

Can I bring my dog’s food?

Yes, you can bring your dog’s food. We ask that it be pre-portioned in individual servings. We also provide a high-quality, digestible diet as part of the boarding and daycare package.

Are outside toys, bedding, or treats allowed?

Outside bedding, shirts, or blankets are not permitted! We provide clean bedding daily. Soft or cloth toys are not allowed. You may bring select toys, subject to approval.  You can bring treats, but rawhides are not permitted.

Additional Services

Do you offer live webcam access?

Yes! You can check in on your dog through our live webcams in the play areas. Some suites offer webcam access as well; just request it when booking.

Can multiple dogs from the same family stay together?

Of course. Dogs from the same family can stay together, and we have suites of various sizes to accommodate multiple dogs in one space.

For the safety and comfort of all dogs, we reserve the right to separate dogs if needed.

Do you offer grooming services?

We provide basic grooming services such as baths and nail trims. We do not offer advanced grooming or styling.
