    "This facility is amazing! My pup has attended daycare, and most recently boarding. The supervised playtime is great for her socialization. They attach a report card daily, with photos. The 24/7 webcam access is wonderful to check in on her. She’s always having fun! The staff engages in play with the dogs, and you can tell they truly care about them. We had a not-so-great experience at another boarding facility in the area. I was nervous to board her again. However, picking her up from boarding, she was as happy as can be and I knew she was well taken care of and loved while we were away. Thank you so much❤️"

    "Ford had his orientation today. I was instantly impressed by the professionalism of the team of employees. They explained how they orient the dogs and then showed me Ford on the large screen monitor in the lobby. We loved all of the web cameras they have, enabling us to check in during Ford's stay. The outdoor play area is perfect. They have employees out with dogs ensuring safety and fun playtime. We are excited for Ford's first sleepover in a few weeks."

    "Stella has been attending All American since Jan 2024, and we both absolutely love it. Stella gets so excited when she realizes we are almost there. I love the fact that every member of the staff knows Stella, and they treat her like she is their pet! The extended hours make it very convenient for those of us who work non-traditional hours. The cameras are a nice feature, so we can check in on our pets. Thank you All American Pet Resort for taking care of the infamous Stella."

    "I cannot say enough good things about All American Pet Resorts in New Bern‼ We have boarded our two dogs there numerous times so far, and were so very pleased with the wonderful care they received! One of the owners is there ALL night and you can view the dogs 24 hours a day with their cameras. The dogs are taken out to either the indoor or outdoor play yards (according to the weather) on a regular basis and get to exercise and socialize with other pups. The owners are very observant & notify you of any problem your pet may have. If you want professional care, I highly recommend this place!"

    "The Boi loves the gourmet chicken feet! At a moment's notice, the staff go out of their way to facilitate your pup's attention needs. It's not cheap, nor would I want it to be. It's definitely worth the cost, be sure to order the freeze pops. GOD bless America!"

    “AAPR at New Bern gets 5 stars across the board from us. The staff went out of their way to take care of our sweet, elderly maltipoo. They gave Kip his medications and even made an unscheduled trip to pick up another medication from the vet. The staff were personable and engaged. The daily report cards were great to get and the pictures they sent were funny and reassuring. The cost (which is minimally higher than other boarding facilities in the area) is well worth it for the services, and without upcharges. We will definitely be using All American in the future and highly recommend them.”

    “I have used All American in New Bern for day play and boarding for my two dogs. Both are always visibly excited to "go see their friends" and I know they are equally excited to see the staff AND other pups. They consistently receive a warm welcome and are never anxious when I return to pick them up. I love the personalized report cards and photos and information shared during their visits. I am thankful for this top notch facility!”
