Meredith General Manager
Starting her career with animals over 20 years ago, Meredith has dedicated her career to the well-being and happiness of our four-legged companions. Her journey began at the age of 18, when she gained foundational insights as a veterinary technician. This early hands-on experience sparked a lifelong commitment to providing high-quality, professional care for your furry family members.
Meredith’s love for animals is backed by a diverse academic background from Texas Tech University, where she earned dual degrees in Wildlife Biology and Exercise Sport Science.
After graduating, Meredith returned to the DFW metroplex and has spent the last 12 years as a cornerstone of All American Pet Resorts Dallas with her Assistant Manager, Taylor. Meredith took over the General Manager position in 2019 after being the Assistant Manager since 2014. Meredith and Taylor are passionate about maintaining a facility that prioritizes safety and comfort, with a hands-on approach to training and management.
Meredith believes that every dog deserves a routine filled with social interaction and physical activity. Meredith is passionate about making sure all guests are treated with the utmost respect and dedication they would have at home. Meredith trains her staff to be aware of all possible medical and health issues as well as communicating with customers about their furry family member’s visit. She also trains them to know the dog's name and greet them as they come into the facility.
When Meredith is not working, she is traveling all around the country, enjoying the arts and history.

Taylor Assistant Manager
Taylor has been part of the resort family for the past 14 years and brings 25 years of experience in the animal care industry. After many years in the field, she has become particularly focused on canine behavior and has developed a sharp ability to read subtle body language and emotional cues in dogs. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep passion for working with fearful, anxious, and misunderstood dogs—especially rescues and pups who need extra patience, understanding, and reassurance as they adjust to boarding life.
Taylor has a true calling for working with dogs that many facilities are afraid to handle. Fearful, anxious, or reactive dogs that may growl, snap, or struggle to trust are the dogs she connects with most. Through patience, calm leadership, and one-on-one attention, Taylor helps transform these dogs into happy, confident pets that feel safe, comfortable, and are able to board successfully while their owners are away. You may see Taylor working with dogs in the aisles on camera, doing what she loves. She continues her education in dog behavior while gaining hands-on experience, holding DHA certificates, and working alongside on-call veterinarians.
Outside of work, she has a full furry family at home, including her dogs Gator, a pittie mix, and her African Mastiff, Euro, who many clients may see coming and going with Taylor at the resort, along with her cats Luna and Milkstain.
Over the years, Taylor has earned the trust and love of countless clients and pups alike and continues striving to make every dog feel safe, understood, and cared for.
