2. How do I make a reservation for my pet?

3. What are the requirements for boarding my pet?
We require that all pets staying with us be up-to-date on their vaccinations. Specifically, we ask for proof of the following:
- Rabies
- DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus)
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
- Canine Influenza (required)
- Leptospirosis
We also ask that pets be in good health and free of parasites, such as fleas or ticks, before staying with us. If your pet is undergoing any special medical treatment or has dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate their needs.
4. Are the pets monitored during their stay?
Yes! Our experienced team members are always on-site to ensure the well-being of all pets at the resort. We have security cameras throughout the facility, and our staff provides supervision during daycare and playtime to ensure pets are safe and enjoying their experience.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If a reservation is canceled within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. For peak seasons, such as holidays, we may have a different policy in place, so please check with us for specific details.
6. What types of activities do you offer for pets in daycare?
Our daycare program includes scheduled & supervised playtime in both indoor and outdoor play areas, allowing dogs to socialize and exercise throughout the day. Whether your pet enjoys playing with other dogs or lounging in a quiet area, we have something for every pet.
7. Do you provide food for the pets?
We provide high-quality food during your pet’s stay. However, we highly recommend bringing your pet’s regular food to avoid any digestive upset or changes in their diet. We can also accommodate pets with special dietary needs, but please notify us in advance to ensure we’re prepared.
