At All American Pet Resorts Fort Myers, we know how important your pet is to you, and we want you to feel confident and informed about our services. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about our luxury dog boarding, daycare, and pet care services. Facility & Staff

Do you offer tours of the facility?

Yes! We encourage pet parents to visit our resort before booking. Facility tours are available between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM, any day of the week. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend calling ahead to schedule a tour. For safety reasons, we ask that you leave your pet at home during the visit.

Is your facility staffed 24/7?

Yes, our team is on-site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure your pet is always cared for and never left alone.

Can I see where my dog will be staying?

While we do not take visitors directly into the pet areas to maintain a stress-free environment, you can view our indoor and outdoor play areas via live webcams.

Boarding & Daycare

What are your boarding and daycare requirements?

All dogs must:

• Be at least 12 weeks old (Must have 2 rounds of vaccinations)
• Have up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, Lepto, Bordetella)
• Be on a regular flea and tick prevention program
• Complete a daycare evaluation before their first boarding stay

Do you separate dogs by size and play style?

Yes! Our playgroups are carefully structured to match dogs by size, energy level, and social compatibility, ensuring a safe and fun experience for all guests.

Will my dog be playing all day?

No. We provide scheduled play sessions throughout the day with plenty of rest breaks in between. This balance keeps dogs active without overexerting them.

Can my dog stay at the resort if they don’t socialize with other dogs?

Yes! We accommodate non-social dogs and provide one-on-one playtime and walks with our staff.

Health & Safety

What vaccinations does my dog need?

All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations:

• Rabies (4 months and older)
• Distemper Parvo
• Lepto 
• Bordetella (every 6-12 months per veterinarian’s schedule)

If it’s your dog's first Bordetella vaccine, we recommend administering it at least 72 hours before boarding (ideally two weeks prior).

Do you administer medication?

Yes! We can administer most medications according to your veterinarian’s instructions. If your pet requires insulin shots, please contact us in advance to confirm the availability of this service.

Do you offer accommodations for senior pets?

Absolutely! We provide soft bedding, raised feeders, and customized care to ensure senior dogs are comfortable during their stay.

Food & Personal Items

Can I bring my dog's food?

While we provide a complimentary vet prescription, EN food specifically suited for the boarding environment, you are welcome to bring your pet’s from from home. Meals must be pre-bagged per serving or a small fee will apply. In addition, any refrigerated & raw diets will incur an additional fee.

Yes! While we provide a high-quality, digestible diet, you are welcome to bring your pet’s food from home. Meals must be pre-bagged per serving or a small fee may apply.

Is it safe to change my dogs food to your before boarding?

Yes.  Our recommended food is the exact food your veterinarian will recommend if you pup had digestive issues.  If you are unsure, just bring us a baggie of your pups home food.  We then will mix the food from home with our EN food to facilitate a smooth transition to our food.  Then upon pup pick up, you can take a baggie of our food home to mix in with your home food, again to facilitate a smooth transition to the home diet.

Are outside toys, bedding, or treats allowed?

• Bedding: No outside bedding, blankets, or shirts are permitted. We provide fresh, clean bedding daily.
• Toys: Only select toys are allowed and must be approved by management. Soft or cloth toys are not permitted.
• Treats: You may bring treats such as rawhide and nyla bones.

Additional Services

Do you offer live webcam access?

Yes! You can check in on your pet anytime through our live webcams in the indoor and outdoor play areas. Some suites also have webcam access—request one when booking to ensure availability.

Do you board multiple dogs from the same household together?

We will do our best to accommodate dogs from the same family in the same suite, depending on size and availability.  We do reserve the right to separate pups should their boarding behavior creates an unsafe condition for the boarding suite mate or staff.  A multiple-dog discount may apply—please contact us for details.

Do you offer grooming services?

We provide basic grooming services, including:

• Baths
• Nail trims

We do not offer advanced grooming, haircuts, or styling.

Do you provide Bordetella vaccinations on-site?

No, we do not administer vaccinations. Please ensure your pet is up-to-date before arriving.
