Can I Visit My Pet During Their Stay? We do not allow in-person visits, as this can cause stress and interrupt your dog’s adjustment. Instead, we offer live video feeds so you can check in anytime from anywhere.
Do You Allow Special Diets or Medications? Yes. We accept owner-provided food for dogs with special dietary needs and administer routine medications as part of our all-inclusive care. Custom feeding or playtime schedules are not available.
What Should I Bring for My Dog’s Stay? We provide everything your dog needs. Personal bedding, clothing, and fabric toys are not permitted. If you’d like to bring a toy, please ensure it’s a hard rubber (Nylabone-type) toy with no squeaker.
Do You Test for energy level? No. We do not use energy level testing. Instead, we observe dogs and group them by size, energy level and play style to promote safe, fun interactions.
Do You Offer Grooming Services? We do not offer full grooming services. However, bathing, brushing, and nail trims are available for boarding and daycare guests.
