Is All American Pet Resorts Lakeshore staffed 24 hours a day?

Yes! Our resort is staffed 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring your dog is never left alone.

What vaccinations does my dog need to participate at All American Pet Resorts Lakeshore?

All dogs must be up to date on the following vaccinations:

• Rabies (required for dogs four months and older)
• Distemper (DHLPP or DHPP)
• Bordetella*
• Flea and tick prevention

We defer to your veterinarian regarding vaccination expirations. If your vet requires Bordetella every six months, we will follow that schedule. Additional vaccines may be required—please call for details.

**If this is your dog's first Bordetella vaccination, it should be administered at least 72 hours before boarding, though two weeks prior is ideal.

Will my dog be on camera during their stay?

Not all suites have camera access, but if you book in advance, we may be able to place your dog in a suite that is viewable on camera, depending on availability. Our indoor and outdoor play areas are always on camera. If you'd like a camera-accessible suite, please request it when making your reservation.

What kind of play space do you have?

We provide safe and secure indoor and outdoor play areas. Indoor spaces feature durable epoxy-coated or rubber flooring, while outdoor areas are covered in soft, resilient sport turf and enclosed with privacy-screened fencing. Our play areas are disinfected multiple times a day.

Can dogs from the same family stay together?

We always strive to keep dogs from the same household together. However, in some cases, size differences may require separate suites. We do offer a multiple-pet discount for dogs sharing the same suite. Please contact us for details.
