What I love most are the camera suites and play areas, so we can see how our girl is doing. Also, they have been accommodating with our grand dogs as well. And not sure they do this now, but the report cards/pictures at play were cute when she was younger. Thank you!!"

    "Very much appreciate willingness of staff to communicate with me regarding any instructions and/or concerns I have and address those concerns. In particular, there was an issue of thunderstorms and the reaction that our dog, Luna, has to them. After many discussions a plan was put together for possible scenarios. I trusted that attention would be paid to those plans and followed through. Luna was able to "weather the storm" with the assistance from the night staff. Special thanks to Kayla for the compassion shown. Thank you very much!"

The staff treats our girls like they are their own. If an issue arises, the team works with us and manages everything seamlessly. Thank you for continuing to provide a safe, happy place for our pups to vacation! The team at AAPR-RH takes excellent care of our dogs. The team is friendly, helpful, and flexible, and is always willing to help our family. The facility is always clean and inviting. Thank you for being such a great vacation for our pups!"

    "After trying several different places for play days and boarding we finally found the best fit ever....AAPR!! The staff and owner are amazing, the facility offers a clean environment, a consistent schedule, and loving and reverent care over all the pups onsite. Our pups know as soon as we turn into the facility complex where we're headed and their excitement is off the charts! Knowing they are happy and in good hands is invaluable, but having the webcam to see for yourself is the icing on the cake!! Thank you Chris for all you and the team do and Please keep it up!!"

    “Oh my goodness, what a wonderful place. We have 2 dogs (almost 8 years old). Both of our boys suffer with High Anxiety and need medication to stay calm. We decided to take a trip without them... first time in 8 years... they had never been away from us before this! I researched kennels for hours and decided to trust All American Pet Resorts in Rochester Hills, MI with our babies and I'm so glad we did :) The place is incredibly clean. The staff are amazingly kind and fun. The medication was given on schedule, and we were able to watch them through the web cams whenever we wanted! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! Thank you again for taking such loving care of our boys.”

    Sarah is a guardian angel!
    “My husband and I were out of the country and our 12 yr old Morkie, named Cody, was boarded here as he had been many times before. During his stay his health was declining and he stopped eating. Sarah, the location's owner, took care of Cody like he was her own! Sarah took Cody home with her to give him extra love, care and nourishment. Sarah tried goats milk, puppy food, and a really yummy dog food thst most cannot resist, but Cody was just too ill. She took him to his vet two days in a row. On his 3rd or 4th day in Sarah's care Cody had to go to Blue Pearl Animal Hospital. Sarah stayed with him until late in the evening while they ran tests and decided he needed to stay. Sarah kept me well informed of his care, progress and best of all showed such compassion and empathy. Sarah's reassurance is what got me through! Cody was discharged 3 days later and is doing so well. I owe that to Sarah and All American Pet Resort of Rochester Hills! Thank you for all you do for those in your care!”
