Our dog loves daycare! The staff is warm and friendly. They recognize Hickory the moment he walks through the door and always take the time to greet him with pets and a little extra love. Seeing how excited he is when we walk through their doors tells me everything I need to know.
The facility is clean, and the staff is attentive, caring, and professional. I feel confident that Hickory is in great hands. It's such a relief to know he's getting plenty of exercise, socialization, and affection while we're away.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for All American Pet Resorts. I’ve used them multiple times in the past for Jack, and during the times they got fully booked, I’ve used the Shelby Township location at least two times. All American Pet Resorts is the best place to leave your pup. My dog Jack enjoyed all his vacations to this resort. Jack unfortunately passed away on 3/14/2026, and we miss him terribly. We will be having a puppy soon (and will also be named Jack and same breed as our old boy Jack - American Brittany). We’re looking forward to having our new pup vacation here. So comforting to know how incredibly clean this place is with camera access 24/7 to spy on your sleeping pup!

AAPRRH has been taking care of my Miss Hazel for 10 years. We have always been happy with her stays there, and Hazel always seems excited when we pull into the lot to drop her. What I love most are the camera suites and play areas, so we can see how our girl is doing. Also, they have been accommodating with our grand dogs as well. And not sure they do this now, but the report cards/pictures at play were cute when she was younger. Thank you!!

Very much appreciate willingness of staff to communicate with me regarding any instructions and/or concerns I have and address those concerns. In particular, there was an issue of thunderstorms and the reaction that our dog, Luna, has to them. After many discussions a plan was put together for possible scenarios. I trusted that attention would be paid to those plans and followed through. Luna was able to "weather the storm" with the assistance from the night staff.
