Our Pet Care Specialists are much more than typical staff; they are genuinely passionate animal advocates. Each team member undergoes specialized training to understand dog behavior and is dedicated to giving every dog the focused, personal attention they deserve. We recognize that each dog has a distinct personality, and our team excels at forging a real, positive relationship with every single guest. From the moment they walk through our doors until they are happily reunited with you, your dog will be showered with affection and expert care, with dedicated staff present 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Our facility's construction prioritizes the ultimate safety and comfort of your dog. We utilize robust, easy-to-disinfect flooring materials, including specialized synthetic sport turf in our expansive outdoor yards and durable epoxy-coated or resilient rubberized surfaces in our indoor play areas. We manage the ratio of dogs to Pet Care Specialists during group activities to ensure consistent, attentive supervision for every pet. To guarantee the most successful and positive social experience, we thoughtfully organize dogs into companion groups based on their size, maturity, energy level, and chosen way to play. This ensures your pup is socializing with companions who perfectly match their needs.

Our dog loves daycare!
Our dog loves daycare! The staff is warm and friendly. They recognize Hickory the moment he walks through the door and always take the time to greet him with pets and a little extra love. Seeing how excited he is when we walk through their doors tells me everything I need to know.
The facility is clean, and the staff is attentive, caring, and professional. I feel confident that Hickory is in great hands. It's such a relief to know he's getting plenty of exercise, socialization, and affection while we're away.
